It's okay if you're not a chemist. It's okay that you don't want to get tangled in a vacuum hose. Sit back, relax, and let us take care of the pool for you. We offer packages to take care of your weekly pool maintenance, giving you more time to do what's most important - enjoy your pool. 

2025 Maintenance Agreement

Below you will find our Maintenance Program for 2025. If you wish to enroll for the season, please fill out the Maintenance Agreement below. We will contact you for scheduling once we receive your completed Maintenance Agreement.

Residential Pool Services

Spa Services

Weekly Premier Pool Service

$125 per visit:

  • One visit per week

  • Professional water analysis

  • Balance water per manufacturer recommendations

  • Backwash filter (if applicable)

  • Rinse off cartridge filter (if applicable)   

  • Empty skimmer & pump baskets

  • Skim debris from surface 

  • Vacuum pool bottom

  • Brush floors, walls, & waterline

  • Visual inspection of equipment

  • Chemically clean filter/media once per season

Weekly Spa Service*

$25 per visit with weekly pool service -or- $70 per visit:

  • One visit per week

  • Test & balance water

  • Visually inspect spa filters

  • Wipe down waterline

  • Clean & condition spa cover monthly

  • Monthly filter swap

Weekly Classic Pool Service

$85 per visit:

  • One visit per week

  • Professional water analysis

  • Balance water per manufacturer recommendations

  • Backwash filter (if applicable)

  • Visual inspection of equipment

Bi-Weekly Spa Service*

$85 per visit:

  • One visit every other week

Bi-Weekly Pool Service

$145 per visit:

(INDOOR Pools Only)

  • One visit every other week

  • Professional water analysis

  • Balance water per manufacturer recommendations

  • Brush floors, walls, & waterline

  • Vacuum pool bottom

  • Visual inspection of equipment

Monthly Spa Service*

$99 per visit:

  • One Monthly visit

  • Test & balance water

  • Visually inspect spa filters

  • Wipe down waterline

  • Clean & condition spa cover monthly

  • Rotate current filters with clean one

*Spa services include basic balancing chemicals (Alkalinity, Calcium Hardness, & Ph)
