Service & Repair
Pool ownership can be a big responsibility, but it doesn’t have to be. When you choose Caldwell Pools, as your professional pool service company, rest assured your pool is in good hands. With more than 40 years of experience, our professional service team is ready to take on the responsibility, giving you the time you need to do what’s most important – enjoy your pool.
Our crew will remove gizmos and plugs, connect and prepare your equipment, and finally remove and fold the winter cover. Additionally, they will install baskets, directionals, ladders, and hand rails. The crew will deflate air pillows for above grounds or drain water tubes for ingrounds, if needed. If there is enough water, they will start the system and check to make sure everything starts properly.
NOTE
**Pool owner is responsible for all water & debris removal from the cover BEFORE WE ARRIVE. If these requirements are not met, we may be forced to reschedule your closing, as to not inconvenience other scheduled customers. An additional $100.00 fee will also be assessed.
**Pool vacuuming and/or cleaning IS NOT included in pool opening services.
**Make sure yard, pool deck, cover and equipment areas are completely accessible and clean and clear of debris and animal waste.
**All Covers, plugs, ladders, handrails, etc. MUST BE AT POOL SIDE before we arrive. If not, you will be billed for new items or we may be forced to reschedule your opening, as to not inconvenience other scheduled customers. An additional $100.00 fee will also be assessed.
**Additional work to repair / replace equipment will be done at an additional cost and may require a post opening service call or postponing opening.
