Service & Repair
Pool ownership is a big responsibility, but it doesn’t have to be. When you choose Caldwell Pools, as your professional pool service company, rest assured your pool is in good hands. With more than 40 years of experience, our professional service team is ready to take on the responsibility, giving you the time you need to do what’s most important – enjoy your pool.
Our crew will blow out the lines, add pool antifreeze to the skimmer(s) (up to two gallons included), install gizmos and plugs, winterize your equipment, and finally unfold and install the winter cover. Additionally, they will remove baskets, directionals, ladders, and hand rails. The crew will inflate and install air pillows for above grounds or fill water tubes for ingrounds, if needed.
NOTE
**Pool owner is responsible for all water & debris removal from the pool BEFORE WE ARRIVE. If these requirements are not met, we may be forced to reschedule your closing, as to not inconvenience other scheduled customers. An additional $100.00 fee will also be assessed.
**Pool vacuuming and/or cleaning IS NOT included in pool closing services.
**In ground pools require sufficient water drained (without Aquador), if a second trip is required, you will be charged an additional $100.00 fee will also be assessed.
**Make sure yard, pool deck, cover and equipment areas are completely accessible and clean and clear of debris and animal waste.
**All Covers, plugs, gizmos, pillows, tubes, etc. MUST BE AT POOL SIDE before we arrive. If not, you will be billed for new items or we may be forced to reschedule your closing, as to not inconvenience other scheduled customers. An additional $100.00 fee will also be assessed.
**Additional work to repair / replace equipment will be done at an additional cost and may require a post closing service call or postponing closing.
